During this global time of change, we are trying to best to serve our present and future clients and be mindful of the economic shift.  As one of small businesses, we have lost our income through speaking engagements and direct client wellness work.

Our mission is to provide a holistic approach to wellness through body, mind and spirit.  Our husband and wife team has a strong focus of being in the present and recognizing human connection which is a valuable way to strengthen and heal.

Colleen spent 5 weeks on a ventilator while in a coma during the fall of 2011.  We relied not only on skilled care and professionalism, we also depended on the strength of spiritual and physical connection.  As Colleen was able to breathe on her own, her desire was to feel the air enter her lungs and have the ability to give thanks to others.

As this virus attacks our global families ability to breathe, the pain we feel is palpable and we empathize with the fear.  We are reducing our fees to be affordable to you while allowing us to sustain our business and home.

Our hope is to join you in person at our wellness center once this crisis is over.
