Slow yoga and meditation

Colleen is a 200 hour Kripalu certified yoga instructor specializing in stretch, strengthening and supporting the body and spirit. During session, she will focus on the principles and practices of Kripalu Yoga’s 21 foundational asanas and guide the client through nonjudgmental self-awareness and self-compassionate techniques. The classes are well rounded, including warm-ups, asanas, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation techniques. These will all be on a basic/beginner level. Students are asked to bring personal mat, blocks, water, and straps.


Reiki translates to "Universal Life force". During Reiki, you will lay comfortably on a massage table fully clothed. Practitioners will quietly place hands on different areas of the body to allow healing and relaxation. Reiki is an ancient, gentle hands-on healing art that helps you feel better and heal better. Reiki stimulates your body's innate healing recourses, encouraging a return to wellness. Reiki can facilitate deep relaxation, pain relief, and promote healing and personal growth. Reiki is an effective tool to overcome the pressures of career, relationships, parenting and finances. It helps to access your own inner wisdom and creativity, as well as expand your consciousness and spiritual awareness.
